KushKlub NY LLC holds a New York State adult-use retail dispensary license (OCM-RETL-24-000061) issued by the Office of Cannabis Management. This type of license authorizes us to sell recreational cannabis products directly to consumers. You can verify our license on the NYS OCM website.

You need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. Accepted forms include a driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, passport card, or military ID. We cannot accept expired documents.

We accept cash and debit. Credit cards are not accepted at any cannabis dispensary in New York due to federal banking restrictions. An ATM is available in-store for your convenience.

Medical cannabis requires certification from a registered healthcare provider and is available to patients through the state's medical marijuana program. Yes, we deliver. KushKlub NYC offers cannabis delivery to residential addresses and private businesses in the Lower East Side and surrounding Manhattan neighborhoods. Delivery hours are 11:00 am to 9:30 pm daily. Browse the menu online, place your order, and we'll bring it to you. Delivery is not available to hotels, public spaces, or commercial lobbies. Sunday through Thursday: 8 am to midnight. Friday and Saturday: 8 am to 2 am. We're one of the only dispensaries in NYC open that late on weekends, so if you're out on the LES and need to stop by after midnight, we've got you. All pickup orders must be collected at least 15 minutes before closing. Orders not picked up in time may be canceled and restocked.
